Customer Service / Sales Associate

Workfast is seeking a standout Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to join a fantastic team based in Minto, NSW. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers within a fast-paced environment.

Role Details

• Position: Internal Sales - Customer Service 
• Location: Minto, NSW 
• Pay Rate: $35.80 p/hr + OT penalties and Super
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: 8am to 4pm

Their work in renewable energy and agriculture makes life better by conserving resources and increasing productivity. You will join an experienced and dedicated Sales Team, providing essential support to new and existing clients.
   
   
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sales and customer service levels with new and existing clients
• Process quotes and orders using Epicor  
• Manage, monitor, and update the order backlog 
• Update customers regarding order changes, backorders, or shipments from Minto 
• Organise returns and credit authorisations from beginning to end  
• Maintain order updates through warehouse and production communication  
• Process Compliance Statements

What you need

• Previous background in customer service and administrative support
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to follow detailed processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Personal drive and initiative to 'get things done' and follow through to execution
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
