About the role
As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for either an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our NSW Service team or someone looking to progress their career to next phase.
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the operations of a team of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors with support from Administration and Service Coordinating teams in meeting our key client obligations.
The HVAC Service Manager will play a pivotal role managing for our key clients to ensure that services are delivered to the client efficiently and in line with legislative and client contractual requirements. The roles success is measured on how quickly we can resolve the customer needs.
What you will need to be successful in this role
HVAC Industry or similar.
Strong MS Office and ability to manage operational reports.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Proven ability in managing teams.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage high volume, KPI driven customers.
Develop long standing relationships with your customers and team members.
Ensure Technician productivity and efficiency is maximized through effective planning and scheduling of the team.
Champion all operational business processes that affect direct reports (Service Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Technicians).
To effectively manage administrative requirements including operational reports.
Valid drivers license, National Police check and Working With Childrens Check.
You may be required to participate in audiometric testing within the first 3 months of your employment to allow Precise to record a baseline measure. The testing may be repeated every two years thereafter. Testing will be paid for by the Company and the results will not impact the hiring process or the terms of employment.
