About the role

Join the team at So Safe Specialty Products Pty Ltd as a Customer Service & Administration role based in Brookvale. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, order processing and supporting the broader administrative functions of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming customer enquiries and requests by phone and email.

• Processing customer orders via email and our website

• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns

• Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and updating our websites with product descriptions, images & content

• Maintaining accurate records and databases to support the smooth operation of the business

• Booking in freight and generating consignment labels

• Processing Invoices and taking payment

• Many other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and internal stakeholders

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, juggle competing priorities and work under pressure

• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Patient and calm, you can handle challenges like a pro

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work

• A positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude

• Willingness to learn about our products and services

• Bonus points if you have tech skills and experience with SEO and websites, we're a small team so we all pitch in with additional support where possible
