Monday to Friday HOURS – 7.30am to 4.30pm

Salary Package: $70,000 TO $80,000 Plus Super Pertaining to experience  

Location: Arndell Park

The Role: Customer Service Sales Support

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is for someone who loves helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring tradie clients are supported from first contact to final delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and processing client orders as a number on priority – orders are from phone, email and web

• Problem solve any client issues and communicate effectively and promptly

• Communicate any issues with delivery ETA’s to ensure customer happiness

• Keeping the CRM up to date (you’re a tech natural)

Who You Are

You’re not just friendly on the phone – you’re fast, organised, and love solving problems. You’ve worked in a sales or customer support team and are ready for the next step.

✅ Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
✅ Excellent tech skills (CRM, quoting systems, email, Excel – you’re on it)
✅ Highly organised, self-motivated, with laser-focused attention to detail
✅ Enjoy working with tradies and know your way around the construction or building industry
✅ A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
