About the Role

This is a hands-on customer service position in a busy chicken & burger shop.

You’ll be:

• Serving customers with energy and confidence

• Upselling (not just taking orders)

• Making rolls, burgers, and prepping food

• Cutting chicken and handling hot food safely

• Keeping the shop clean, organised, and moving fast

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills — you can talk, not mumble

• Sales mindset – you know how to recommend and upsell

• Fast, efficient, and able to handle pressure

• Hands-on attitude — you jump in, not stand back

• Reliable and punctual (basic, but most people fail here)

• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but attitude matters more
