A growing serviced office and co-working space provider located in a prime Sydney CBD location is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its professional team.

About the Role As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business centre while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist clients with meeting room bookings, office setup, administrative support, and general enquiries.
  • Prepare offices and meeting rooms for occupancy, including room setup, refreshments, and equipment arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, telephone answering, and reception duties.
  • Monitor and maintain the presentation and cleanliness of meeting rooms, offices, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
  • Handle office supply and kitchen inventory ordering and replenishment.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and escalate important matters to the Centre Manager when required.
  • Process daily service charges and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with booking confirmations, client documentation, and database updates.
  • Support meeting and event requirements, including arranging refreshments and catering.
  • Identify opportunities to promote and upsell additional business centre services.
  • Complete daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Daily Duties
  • Open and prepare the centre each morning, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are ready for use.
  • Set up refreshments, newspapers, and client facilities.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage client communications.
  • Distribute mail and coordinate courier and package services.
  • Maintain kitchen and reception presentation standards.
  • Monitor office access cards, keys, tenancy schedules, and parking records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Close and secure the centre at the end of each business day.

  • Good computer and administrative skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, office administration, serviced offices, or co-working environments will be highly regarded.
