About the role:

Step into a high-visibility, premium front-of-house position at the centre of our high-performing Sydney office. As the Guest Relations Executive, you will help manage our corporate client floor, delivering an exceptional, professional experience for our clients, employees, and executive visitors.

This is a time-critical, operational role supporting a broad base of revenue-producing teams, senior leaders, and daily corporate activity. Covering an 9-month internal secondment, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our flagship office's reputation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-standard business meeting delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will help to manage front-of-house operations, coordinate meeting spaces, and support the broader business to ensure our flagship environment runs efficiently. Your daily impact will include:

  • Be the first point of contact, providing a polished reception experience and hosting clients.
  • Coordinate client meeting spaces end-to-end, overseeing room bookings, IT setups, catering, and events management.
  • Maintain presentation standards across corporate kitchens and common areas through regular floor walks and stock management.
  • Manage the guest relations inbox, office procurement, mail distribution, and prompt processing of supplier invoices.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to office management, and assist with reception phone overflow

About you:

We are looking for a confident, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate environment. To be successful, you will bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience in corporate reception, professional services, or corporate customer-facing environments.
  • Communication Skills: Confident, polished, and personable communication skills with a high level of spelling and grammar to engage easily with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Organisation & Agility: Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing daily corporate schedules.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy across administrative tasks, billing support, and office presentation standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional diplomacy, sound judgment, and confidentiality across all business interactions.

So, what’s in it for you?

  • A collaborative team culture within a premium CBD office environment
  • A highly visible position with exposure to clients, senior leaders, and events
  • Opportunity to work in a recently refurbished, high profile client floor
  • Access to CBRE’s learning, wellbeing, and employee benefits programs
