The BUSY School Ltd was founded in 2019 as an independent Senior Special Assistance School that provides individualised education and holistic support for young people. The BUSY School exists to change the lives of young people who have disengaged from mainstream education. Through smaller class sizes, individualised learning plans, wrap‑around wellbeing support and real pathways into training, work or further study, we help students re‑engage, rebuild confidence and achieve their goals.
About the Role
As we work to expand across Southeastern Australia, we are seeking an Executive Principal to lead the establishment, operational success and academic excellence of four new campuses. This is a rare opportunity to shape a multi‑campus model from the ground up—driving consistency, innovation and impact across jurisdictions. Subject to regulatory approval, regular travel will be required across NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and SA as you work closely with campus teams, leadership groups and community partners.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager of BUSY Education, the Executive Principal will be a key driver of growth, culture and performance across new BUSY School campuses. You will:
