The opportunity
Join our high-performing Executive Search team in a dynamic Project Administrator (Float) role. This is a hands-on position where no two days look the same - you’ll step in to support senior Partners and Project Coordinators across active search assignments, while also playing a key role in creating a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
This role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, and front-of-house support—ideal for someone who thrives on variety and operates with precision and professionalism.
What you’ll do
You’ll provide critical support across executive search projects - stepping in where needed to keep momentum high. This includes managing diaries, interviews, travel, and documentation; producing high-quality client-ready reports; coordinating candidates and stakeholders; and supporting key systems such as Salesforce and PSA. You’ll also provide reception cover and support internal events, ensuring a polished, high-touch experience at every interaction.
About you
You bring experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional services environment. You’re organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities with discretion and care. You’re highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint), comfortable with systems, and quick to learn. Most importantly, you’re a strong communicator who can build trust across teams and deliver to a high standard.
Why join us
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity (4–5 days/week, 6 hours/day) within a collaborative, high-performing environment. If you enjoy working at pace, taking ownership, and being part of a team that delivers excellence - you’ll thrive here.
