As one of Australia's leading NDIS providers, we're looking for compassionate and proactive Disability Support Workers to join our teams based across our services in Castle Hill, Kings Langley & Liverpool.

About the Role

We're looking for Support Workers that have a background and prior experience in aged care or disability support and with availability to support clients In Home, or at our Residential Care SIL homes.

Our rosters include various hours across Monday to Friday including multiple overnights and weekend shifts including morning and afternoon shifts during the week. Casual shifts available with potential to turn into ongoing permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks
  • Facilitate community participation through social outings and appointments
  • Help individuals build life skills such as communication, and social interaction
  • Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support networks

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience Desirable
  • Prior experience in disability support or aged care nursing background
  • Empathy, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers (penalty rates apply)
  • A current Australia driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Willing to obtain a National Criminal History Check, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
