Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals with:

• A Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or a related health discipline (or currently working towards one).

• Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or disability support.

• Proficiency in personal care assistance and experience using lifters and other assistive equipment.

• Experience working with Children is preferred.

• Current Working with Children Check is required at application.

• Current NDIS Worker Check

• Current First aid and CPR Certificates

• NDIS Training Modules

• Australian Driver's license

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Provide personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding.

• Provide support with high intensity supports e.g: urinary catheters, stoma care etc

• Assist with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation.

• Support clients with community access, including recreational activities, shopping, and transport.

• Work with individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
