Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals with:
A Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or a related health discipline (or currently working towards one).
Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or disability support.
Proficiency in personal care assistance and experience using lifters and other assistive equipment.
Experience working with Children is preferred.
Current Working with Children Check is required at application.
Current NDIS Worker Check
Current First aid and CPR Certificates
NDIS Training Modules
Australian Driver's license
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Provide personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding.
Provide support with high intensity supports e.g: urinary catheters, stoma care etc
Assist with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Support clients with community access, including recreational activities, shopping, and transport.
Work with individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
