We are a growing, values driven organisation and provide quality services in Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. We are currently seeking staff for our Sydney Branch.
About You
We are seeking passionate people who have the drive, commitment, and determination to make a difference in the lives of individuals with a disability and mental health. You will be committed to delivering exceptional quality services. If you are positive, engaged, and proactive, can work well under pressure then we would welcome hearing from you. You will have the flexibility to work various shifts including long and short shifts with a minimum of 2 hours.
Essential Criteria
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community Care, or Disability), Certificate III in Disability/Mental Health or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in disabilities, mental health, aged care or similar
Experience providing services to clients living in the community with varying individual support needs (personal care, social support, transportation and cleaning duties), experience in supporting clients living in SIL.
Exposure to working with high needs, complex care clients, mental health and PBSP
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Valid driver’s license, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
