People and Development Manager

About the Role

This is more than a caretaker role, it's an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's people agenda while remaining connected to the day-to-day realities of supporting leaders, employees and the broader business.

Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll provide trusted advice, influence important decisions and help drive initiatives that strengthen culture, capability and performance.

You'll lead a small HR team and together stay hands-on across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, employee relations and performance management through to learning and development, wellbeing and compliance.

This is a role that offers the best of both worlds, the opportunity to contribute strategically while rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical people outcomes that make a difference.
