This is more than a caretaker role, it's an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's people agenda while remaining connected to the day-to-day realities of supporting leaders, employees and the broader business.
Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll provide trusted advice, influence important decisions and help drive initiatives that strengthen culture, capability and performance.
You'll lead a small HR team and together stay hands-on across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, employee relations and performance management through to learning and development, wellbeing and compliance.
This is a role that offers the best of both worlds, the opportunity to contribute strategically while rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical people outcomes that make a difference.
If you enjoy variety, autonomy and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, you'll thrive in this position where your expertise is valued, your input is sought and your impact is visible every day.
For more than 30 years, Proveda have helped people navigate life's toughest transitions, connecting individuals and communities with the support, expertise and confidence to thrive.
People, Integrity, Action, Courage and Sustainability are more than values, they are embedded in the way the organisation operates every day.
Based in Frenchs Forest, this is a 9-month fixed-term parental leave cover, commencing at the end of July 2026. Ideally, you’ll be able to start earlier to support a smooth transition and effective handover.
