The OpportunityWorking directly alongside senior investment and development leaders, you'll be involved in evaluating, underwriting and executing opportunities across a growing portfolio of living sector investments. Key responsibilities include:Financial modelling and feasibility analysis across development and acquisition opportunitiesPreparing and maintaining detailed Estate Master modelsSupporting investment underwriting and business case preparationMarket research, scenario analysis and portfolio reportingAssisting with acquisition due diligence and transaction executionWorking closely with development, capital transactions and investment teamsPresenting investment insights and recommendations to key stakeholders About YouYou'll be commercially minded, analytically strong and passionate about property.
