Residential Construction Supervisor - Thomas Paul Constructions Pty Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate residential construction sites from start to completion

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS regulations, and company standards

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and effectively

• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and trades

About You

• Proven experience as a Residential Supervisor or Site Supervisor in residential construction

• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes and WHS requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Trade qualification or building licence preferred

• Current driver’s licence required
