Project Engineer – Sydney, NSW

Link-Force Australia is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our client's growing team in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing project activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, you will assist in driving project outcomes and maintaining strong communication across all levels of the business.

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Support project delivery teams to ensure quality, safety, and budget objectives are achieved.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel.

• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimise delays and risks.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and engineering deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, specifications, and company procedures.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.

• Demonstrated experience working on high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

• Strong understanding of formwork systems, including exposure to jumpform and slipform construction methodologies.

• Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, structural works, and site operations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Salary package of $130,000 – $135,000 + Superannuation, depending on experience.
