Tile Rescue Narrabeen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established Australian business delivering practical, cost-effective solutions for tile and grout repair, restoration, and maintenance across residential and commercial projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, assessing project requirements, supporting scheduling and operational planning, and helping deliver outstanding service to clients across Sydney.

Tile Rescue Narrabeen specialises in tile and grout repair, leaking shower repairs, regrouting, tile restoration, and surface rejuvenation services. We are known for practical solutions, quality workmanship, and strong customer service, with a recognised Tile Rescue brand presence in the market. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for tile restoration, repair, and maintenance projects

  • Analyse labour, materials, equipment, and project requirements to determine costs and timelines

  • Conduct onsite and remote assessments to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing and manage material costs

  • Maintain and update quotes, project records, and operational data using Excel and Salesforce

  • Assist with project scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation

  • Monitor stock levels and procurement requirements

  • Provide clear and professional communication throughout the quoting and project process

  • Support compliance with company procedures, workplace safety standards, and customer service expectations

 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Qualifications in Civil Construction Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • Previous experience in estimating, construction coordination, maintenance, or project support

  • Strong knowledge of estimating, quoting, budgeting, and project planning

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and project management tools

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisational and analytical ability

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
