Andrews Meat is seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a Quality Assuarance Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.

Work hours: 04:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday to Friday - Permanent full time position

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Conduct pre-operational and operational hygiene checks (equipment, defects, microbial testing, pest control)
Conduct area monitoring (temperature, process) within the factory.
Preparing samples for the external laboratory as required.
Complete and review relevant QA forms and reports, and other QA administration duties.
Conduct Sensory Evaluation of products.
Aid in the investigation of customer complaints.
Communicate to QA Manager all quality incidents and hazards.
Participate in Internal and External Audits, if required.
Undertake other related activities as required.
