Sustainability Steward (Waste Separation)

Set against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, Manly Wharf is a vibrant hub of hospitality, dining, and coastal energy. Home to a diverse collection of restaurants, bars, and experiences, we’re always looking to connect with passionate individuals who want to be part of something special.

We are on the hunt for Sustainability Stewards to help us maintain a clean, efficient, and environmentally responsible precinct.

Key responsibilities include:

• Separating and managing waste streams
• Maintaining accurate waste and recycling records
• Operating baling equipment to process cardboard and recyclables
• Processing food waste and supporting sustainability initiatives
• Keeping waste areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces clean and organised
• Working closely with venue teams to promote best-practice sustainability processes

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen operations is highly regarded
• Availability to work night shifts, including finishes between 1am and 3am
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
