Graphic Designer

About Us:
Homart Pharmaceuticals, a prestigious Australian company with over 30 years of industry excellence, is seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will lead and execute creative projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to foster a creative and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print & Packaging Design:

  • Independently design product labels and carton packaging, including full production follow-up (file prefight, material selection, print vendor coordination)

  • Create high-quality marketing collateral (posters, brochures, exhibition backdrops) following professional print standards (CMYK, 300dpi, bleed settings)

• Digital & Multimedia Design:

  • Regularly update visuals for the company website and e-commerce platforms (product pages, banners), ensuring multi-device responsiveness

  • Design e-newsletters and social media content aligned with current trends

  • Perform basic video editing for product videos and event highlights

  • Shopify design experience (Good to have)

• Brand & Marketing Support:

  • Participate in end-to-end packaging design development (from concept → sampling → final approval)

  • Support storefront and window display designs, including basic 3D renderings

  • Maintain the company’s visual asset library (event photography, award documentation, etc.)

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in packaging, print, and digital design (portfolio required)

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong hands-on experience in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML or other generative/design AI tools) to improve design efficiency, enhance creativity, and streamline production workflows.

• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects

• Familiarity with photography, including photo shooting and retouching

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG, health and wellness, cosmetics, food, beverage, or consumer goods industries is highly regarded.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in web design.

• Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modelling software.

• Experience building or managing brand identity systems or design guidelines

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Previous work experience in fast-paced, cross-functional, or start up environments

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry design is a plus.

• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
