Migration Services is a boutique immigration and education agency located in Sydney. We are currently looking for a Spanish speaking Education and Visa specialists who will provide assistance to potential clients and manage social media.
POSITION CRITERIA
* Tertiary degree in either business, sales or marketing, or relevant experience in sales and marketing
* Sound knowledge of and experience in the Australian education sector
* Demonstrate experience in sales, business development and use of marketing materials and branding
* IT literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, database and direct marketing program applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being able to provide friendly and helpful advice and information over the telephone, in person and via email
* Strong teamwork skills
* Knowledge of the ESOS legislative framework and the standards of the National Code of Practice 2018 pertaining to the marketing of education and training services advantage
TASKS AND DUTIES
* Compiling list of prospective clients and businesses and providers of education
* Contacting and liaising with education providers
* Meeting with regular and prospective clients and businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
* Input in marketing strategies, marketing materials and online publication
* Assisting with various administration tasks associated with keeping accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes
* Collaborating with education providers administration staff
* Collaborating with education providers marketing staff in promoting the agency
* Contributing to the agency continuous improvement program.
