We are looking for an enthusiastic Educator to join our Early Childhood Team.

The applicant must meet the following requirements:
You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services, Bachelor of Education or working towards Bachelor of Education.
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
First Aid certificate
Warm and passionate about educating young children, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn
Enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable and work as part of the team
Be supportive and respectful to staff in your room and ensure an engaging program is being delivered on a daily basis
Undertake written observations and documentation in line with EYLF, NQF and NQS
Communicate with Families and Parents
The role includes preparation of the indoor and outdoor environment, leading and monitoring the learning of each child, undertake written observations and documentation in line with EYLF, NQF and NQS, communicating with families and working as a member of the educational team discussing and planning for individual children to ensure that we achieve the best outcomes for every child.
This position will suit an enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable person and someone who is passionate about educating young children, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn.
The role will require some flexibility on start and finish times between the opening times of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm
