Experienced Cert 3, Diploma or ECT Educator

We’re seeking an experienced educator (Certificate III, Diploma qualifier or ECT) who is ready to contribute to something bigger than themselves. We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ECT

• Has solid experience in early education (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Embeds relationships and reflection into everyday practice

• Works well in a team and brings warmth, initiative, and professionalism

• Aligns with a child-led, inquiry-based, and nature-connected approach

• Communicates clearly and respectfully with families and colleagues
