Early Childhood Educator— Full Time | Engadine | Start ASAP

As an Educator at DMW Engadine, you'll play a hands-on role in the daily life of the centre — nurturing children's development, building family relationships, and working as part of a close-knit team. No two days look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

• Deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Observe and document children's learning through meaningful observations, stories, and portfolios

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families

• Collaborate with your room team to plan and implement engaging learning experiences

• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that supports children's wellbeing

• Uphold National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements, centre policies, and Work Health & Safety procedures

• Communicate openly and professionally with families about their child's daily experiences and progress

• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)

• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

• A genuine love of working with children and a positive, team-first attitude

• Solid understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families and colleagues

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional practice
