As an Educator at DMW Engadine, you'll play a hands-on role in the daily life of the centre — nurturing children's development, building family relationships, and working as part of a close-knit team. No two days look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
Deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Observe and document children's learning through meaningful observations, stories, and portfolios
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
Collaborate with your room team to plan and implement engaging learning experiences
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that supports children's wellbeing
Uphold National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements, centre policies, and Work Health & Safety procedures
Communicate openly and professionally with families about their child's daily experiences and progress
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
About youCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine love of working with children and a positive, team-first attitude
Solid understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families and colleagues
Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional practice
