Working within the needs complexity matrix and service guidelines, you will assess need, identify goals and develop practical case plans that support young people to make informed decisions and build stability. Your practice will be culturally responsive, strengths‑based and trauma‑informed, promoting empowerment, autonomy, dignity and independence.
