Homecare Support Worker (casual)

Buckland Aged Care Services is seeking a passionate and reliable Casual Support Worker to join our dedicated Home Care team. This role supports clients living in Buckland’s Retirement Village and the Lower Blue Mountains community, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing social support and companionship to clients

• Transporting clients to appointments, shopping and community activities

• Assisting clients to remain connected and engaged within their community

• Delivering care that is respectful, client-focused and promotes independence

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license - Essential

• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance - Essential

• Availability to work weekends - Essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Genuine passion for supporting older people
