About us We are a beautiful 25 place Preschool located in the heart of Bondi, NSW 2026 catering to children aged 12 months - 6 years, 7:30-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We invest in our educators and work collaboratively to ensure the development and implementation of programs is in compliance with the National Quality Framework at all times.

We are looking for the right fit - a passionate & enthusiastic Preschool Room Leader & Ed Leader Educator who is looking for an EXCITING change! This role has become available due to roll growth.

Qualifications & experience: Obtained or Working Towards Certificate III or Diploma in

Early Childhood Education Experience with Preschool aged children (ideal but not essential) Current

Working with Children's Check Tasks & responsibilities: To build warm, meaningful & genuine connections with Children & Families

Documenting children's learning (ensuring all records are correctly maintained) and regularly monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs Being able to work independently as well as in a team environment - inspire, mentor and encourage your peers, by role modelling correct practice and adherence to centre policies and procedures Initiative to create and maintain stimulating and inviting learning environments
