About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will assist NDIS participants in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting participants with community access and social activities.

• Assisting with appointments and transport.

• Providing help with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.

• Promoting independence and empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.

• Building meaningful relationships based on trust and respect.

About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).

Requirements:

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

• COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government mandates).

• Previous experience in disability or community care is an advantage but not essential.

• Valid Police Check.

• Current valid driver’s licence (essential)
