About the Role: We are seeking committed and detail-oriented Batch Makers to join our team at a leading international food manufacturing facility. You will be part of a specialized team producing high-quality spices and seasonings. This is a hands-on role focused on precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately scoop and measure ingredients from tubs to create specific spice and seasoning batches.
Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure recipe accuracy and product quality.
Use digital gadgets and technology to track batch data and ensure compliance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards.
Physically handle and carry ingredients (up to 25kg).

Requirements:

Work Rights: Must be legally entitled to work in Australia without restrictions. Permanent Residents and Citizens only. (No Student Visas, even with unlimited working rights).
Physical Fitness: Ability to carry loads up to 25kg repeatedly.
Attention to Detail: Strong numerical skills and accuracy are essential for measuring ingredients.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital devices and learning new systems quickly.
Reliability & Discipline: Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced night shift environment.
Sensory Awareness: The work environment involves strong aromas from herbs, spices, and other seasonings. Candidates must be comfortable with strong smells.

Bonus Skills:

Current Forklift License is a strong advantage.
Note: If you do not hold a license, you will be required to obtain one within your first three months of employment.
