We are seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team across our Long Day Care and Preschool programs. Our service operates Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:00pm, supporting children aged 0–12 years.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and the National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with the EYLF and MTOP

• Take an active role in leading learning experiences and contributing to team practice

• Embed meaningful learning opportunities into daily routines and experiences

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging environment that supports children’s development, wellbeing and agency

• Contribute to the development, review and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

• Work in accordance with the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics

• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement

• Uphold your duty of care responsibilities at all times

We are looking for educators who:

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Hold a current Working with Children Check

• Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (not essential)

• Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and a strong commitment to high-quality practice

• Are confident in programming, documentation and reflective practice

• Are passionate about early learning and being part of a collaborative team
