We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team while completing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced educators to support the delivery of high-quality education and care programs for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist educators in providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for children.

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based experiences.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.

• Assist with setting up and maintaining learning environments.

• Follow centre policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in professional development and complete all required traineeship studies.

• Support daily routines, including meal times, rest periods, and hygiene practices.

• Maintain a high standard of health and safety at all times.

About You:

·       Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

·       Mandatory: Valid Paid Working With Children Check (NSW).

·       You are passionate about working with children, with a focus on providing meaningful experiences that support their learning and development.

·       Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

·       Willingness to undertake and complete a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
