Apollo Care is seeking a Learning & Development Educator to join our team in a newly created role designed to support the growth, confidence and capability of our workforce across residential aged care, home care and support services. You will design, coordinate, facilitate and evaluate education programs that strengthen employee capability, compliance and performance. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering engaging face-to-face, virtual and workplace-based trainingSupporting clinical and non-clinical workforce capability developmentFacilitating mandatory education and role-specific training programsProviding coaching, mentoring and competency-based support to employeesDeveloping and maintaining learning resources and training materialsSupporting orientation, induction and onboarding programsAssisting with training compliance, audits and quality improvement initiativesPartnering with leaders to identify workforce development needs and learning opportunities. About You To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or relevant Allied Health registrationCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or working towards completionCurrent driver's licenceMinimum four years post-registration clinical experienceAt least two years' experience within the aged care sectorExperience delivering education, coaching, mentoring or workplace-based trainingStrong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skillsPassion for developing people and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Highly Regarded Experience in a dedicated educator, clinical educator or learning and development roleExperience developing learning resources and training programsAged care-specific qualificationsExperience facilitating learning for diverse audiences.
