About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to lead the design, development and delivery of global training and development programs that support O&M’s professional salon network, distributors, and internal teams.
This role is primarily responsible for enhancing workforce capability, technical education, and product knowledge through structured training initiatives. The role also includes operational and cross-functional activities that support training delivery, communicate programs to learners, and strengthen learning engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement global training and development strategies aligned with O&M’s organisational objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis across international markets, salons, and distribution partners
• Design, deliver and evaluate education programs, workshops, and technical training content
• Develop scalable education platforms to support global capability growth and product knowledge
• Ensure consistent delivery of training aligned with O&M’s clean colour technology and product innovation
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure accurate technical training and usage protocols
• Oversee the internal communication and rollout of education programs across in-person and digital learning channels
• Liaise with commercial teams to support end-user education and product knowledge
• Lead and develop global education teams, trainers, and educators
• Monitor training effectiveness, engagement metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business or related discipline, and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in training, learning and development, or education leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured training programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training systems
• Experience working within professional, salon, beauty, or related industries (highly regarded)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing teams and delivering training across multiple markets
