As our Early Careers Process Improvement Manager, you’ll lead transformation initiatives that reimagine campus recruitment operations; embedding smarter processes, better technology and human-centred design to deliver simpler, faster and more engaging experiences.

You’ll join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on attracting future talent through our early careers and campus programs. Working across recruitment, HR, technology and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver operational excellence at scale.
In this role you will
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to optimise campus recruitment processes and operating models
Identify inefficiencies, uncover insights and design scalable process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
Apply data analytics and process modelling to inform decision making and prioritisation
Deliver initiatives through structured project management, ensuring milestones, outcomes and risks are effectively managed
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support process redesign and change adoption
Partner with HR, TA, and technology teams to improve system workflows and user experience (including Workday)
Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Experience in process improvement, transformation or project delivery roles
Exposure to early careers or campaign-based recruitment (highly regarded)
Strong capability in process optimisation and operational problem solving
A data-led mindset, with the ability to translate insights into outcomes
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
Experience delivering initiatives end-to-end, including change management
Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Workday
Nice to have:
Experience with Human-Centred Design (HCD) approaches
Exposure to enterprise environments or complex matrix organisations
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve processes
