As our Early Careers Process Improvement Manager, you’ll lead transformation initiatives that reimagine campus recruitment operations; embedding smarter processes, better technology and human-centred design to deliver simpler, faster and more engaging experiences.

You’ll join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on attracting future talent through our early careers and campus programs. Working across recruitment, HR, technology and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver operational excellence at scale.

In this role you will

  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to optimise campus recruitment processes and operating models

  • Identify inefficiencies, uncover insights and design scalable process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Apply data analytics and process modelling to inform decision making and prioritisation

  • Deliver initiatives through structured project management, ensuring milestones, outcomes and risks are effectively managed

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support process redesign and change adoption

  • Partner with HR, TA, and technology teams to improve system workflows and user experience (including Workday)

  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

  • Experience in process improvement, transformation or project delivery roles

  • Exposure to early careers or campaign-based recruitment (highly regarded)

  • Strong capability in process optimisation and operational problem solving

  • A data-led mindset, with the ability to translate insights into outcomes

  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams

  • Experience delivering initiatives end-to-end, including change management

  • Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Workday

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Human-Centred Design (HCD) approaches

  • Exposure to enterprise environments or complex matrix organisations

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve processes
