Make A Real Difference

Tired of being stuck in a clinic all day? Craving a role where therapy is meaningful, functional, and delivered where children live, play, and grow?

At the Stronger Together Foundation, we don’t just work with families – we walk alongside them. We are looking for therapists who are passionate advocates and confident in implementing neurodiversity affirming approaches. Our team provide therapy in homes, daycares and school so that we can support children in real-world situations that matter.

Join a passionate, purpose-driven team where your impact extends beyond your sessions.

Who We Are

The Stronger Together Foundation is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation working across The Hills, Hawkesbury, and Blacktown.

We support children with developmental delays and disabilities through inclusive, family-centred early supports. We’re deeply connected to our local community and believe in working in partnership with families to create real change.

Our team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants and Special Educators is diverse, collaborative, and passionate about continuous learning and improving outcomes for children.

What You’ll Love About This Role
  • Real-life, meaningful therapy – support children and families in homes, early childhood centres, schools and community spaces. Be part of something bigger, where your impact goes beyond your session.

  • No cookie-cutter caseloads – work across individual sessions (clinic & community), group therapy, provide screeners and provide consultancy support to local childcare services.

  • A role that fits your life – flexible days, travel capped to 30 minutes, and the option to condense your working week. We are open to candidates looking for full time or part time work.

  • Supportive team culture – collaborate with a warm, values-driven team through formal supervision, regular team meetings and lean on the informal support of your colleagues. Our interdisciplinary team love having the opportunity to connect with their colleagues to discuss shared clients.

  • Grow your career – take on student or therapy assistant supervision, pilot projects around your passions, or help shape our new graduate program.

  • Manageable goals – achievable targets that support quality over quantity.

  • Invest in your growth – generous internal and external PD provided, plus an annual PD allowance.

  • Boost your take-home pay – with salary packaging (up to $15,899 tax-free)

Who We’re Looking For
  • This role is ideal for experienced therapists or new graduate clinicians with prior professional or lived experience supporting diverse populations.

  • A qualified Speech Pathologist (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

  • Speech Pathology Australia membership.

  • Someone who is passionate about early intervention and disability supports and is experienced in working with children with developmental delays or autism.

  • A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team.

  • Someone who values connection with families and the wider community. Someone local who is connected to the Hills District (or surrounding suburbs).

  • A flexible, purpose-driven professional with a heart for meaningful work.

  • Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

  • NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Where to next?

If you’re looking for a role that aligns with your values, gives you autonomy and flexibility, and lets you deliver therapy that’s truly impactful – we’d love to hear from you.
