At Harbour Therapy, we provide creative, interest-based therapy for children, adults, and families across Ulladulla and Wollongong.
We pride ourselves on delivering holistic, collaborative, and fun therapy in the clinic, home, school, and community settings — supporting clients to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
We’re expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who want to make a real difference while enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
🌿 About the RoleWhether you’re a new graduate, experienced practitioner, or final-year student, you’ll work closely with children, adults, and families to deliver family-centred therapy that fosters confidence, independence, and connection.
Your day-to-day will include:
· Providing individual and group therapy to children and adults in clinic, home, preschool, school, and community settings.
· Conducting assessments and developing goal-based therapy plans in partnership with clients and families.
· Using a bottom-up, holistic and collaborative approach to deliver therapy that builds on each client’s strengths and interests.
· Completing documentation, NDIS reports, and progress notes in line with professional standards.
· Liaising with parents, teachers, health professionals, and support coordinators to achieve client goals.
· Contributing to the design and delivery of group programs and community-based initiatives.
· Participating in mentoring, case conferencing, and professional development opportunities within our supportive multidisciplinary team.
💼 Qualifications & ExperienceWe’re looking for people who are passionate about helping others and committed to collaborative, evidence-based practice.
You’ll bring:
· Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
· Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
· Experience or interest in working with children and adults with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD, and Intellectual Disability.
· Knowledge of NDIS principles and pathways.
· Understanding of trauma-informed practice or a willingness to develop skills in this area.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
· Experience delivering therapy face-to-face and via telehealth (desirable).
