Job Title: Part-Time Dental Receptionist
Location: Gladesville, NSW
Position Type: Part-Time (3–4 Days Per Week)
We are a busy, well-established family dental practice located in Gladesville, committed to providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional patient experiences and maintaining a supportive workplace culture.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis (reception experience desired but not essential).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting dentists during a range of dental procedures
Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
Maintaining infection control standards and clinic cleanliness
Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and caring manner
Managing patient records and appointment scheduling as required
Stock control and general administrative support
Skills & Experience
Previous chairside experience preferred
Reception experience desirable but not essential
Experience with Exact dental software is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
