About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide front desk and administrative support while ensuring a positive experience for patients and healthcare providers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Managing appointment bookings based on urgency and scheduling needs
  • Responding to patient enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicating with hospitals and referring medical professionals
  • Processing patient payments and Medicare/Eclipse billing
  • Generating consultation letters and maintaining patient records
  • Supporting sterilisation procedures with onsite training provided
About You

The successful candidate will have

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
  • Medical reception experience (advantageous)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn cloud-based systems
  • A bubbly personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
