About the role

Only Health is excited to launch a brand-new TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy in the heart of the Melrose Central shopping centre in Melrose Park and we are now building our foundation team. We are currently recruiting for Pharmacy Assistants with a mix of Full Time, Part Time and Casual positions. This is a unique opportunity to join a modern, high-performing community pharmacy from the very beginning and help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience of a brand-new healthcare destination.

What we're looking for

Pharmacy Assistants:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming in-store experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Australian work rights are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience

• Assist customers with product enquiries and health & wellness recommendations

• Operate registers and process sales accurately and efficiently

• Replenish stock, merchandise shelves, and maintain store presentation

• Support promotional displays, catalogue activity, and seasonal merchandising

• Assist with general store operations and contribute to a positive team environment

You will have:

• Previous experience at a community pharmacy

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
