Culture & Benefits
  • THE TEAM

You will be part of a warm and supportive team that values all our team members. We are a fun, vibrant and professional team that is passionate about the work that we do! Be the best at what you do by learning and working with our amazing Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Allied Health Assistants.

  • TRAINING & LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

Receive weekly 1:1 supervision, weekly MDT case conferences, funded external supervision and access to a structured new graduate development program. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll have the support and mentorship needed to continue growing professionally.

Make the most of a generous PD budget and attend those trainings that you have always wanted to!

  • THE CULTURE

Join a fun, friendly and caring environment that supports your professional growth and development. Be a part of our regular team outings, a love for food, laughter and fun!

With a dedicated administration team and streamlined systems, you can spend less time on paperwork and more time doing what you do best—occupational therapy.

  • WORK LIFE BALANCE

Join a team that supports your long-term work life balance and encourages you to take advantage of flexible work arrangements. You will have the opportunity to work from home, and the option to choose between clinic based visits and/or itinerant sessions- all depending on your individual preference. Organise your schedule and choose your own clients.

  • LOVE WHAT YOU DO

Be a part of a team that has access to the best resources and assessments, celebrates a work-life balance and supports you to follow your interests!

What makes us different?
  • Schedule: everything from note-writing, resource-development to report-writing is generously accounted for into your daily schedule. Supervision, team meetings, MDT meetings and professional development occur regularly and are also scheduled into your weekly schedule.

  • Limited appointments: we intentionally cap daily appointments and schedule dedicated time for reports, notes, planning, supervision and professional development, allowing you to focus on quality therapy rather than rushing between sessions.

  • Service delivery: we offer a combination of the following service delivery methods: face-to-face, Telehealth, or off-site. You decide what you want your caseload to consist of.

  • Autonomy: you will have the autonomy to build your own caseload, and if you have a special area of interest, we will support you to build your caseload around your areas of interest!

  • Groups: We run a variety of different group therapy programs, such as: feeding therapy, secret agent society, social butterflies group, handwriting & literacy group, and school readiness group. You will have the opportunity to run any of these groups that may interest you alongside your SP & OT colleagues.

  • Work from home: best yet, we love our work-life balance and workplace flexibility. Enjoy genuine flexibility, including the opportunity to work from home at least one day per week.

If you resonated with any of our values written above, apply today, we would love to hear from you.

Career Growth & Leadership Opportunities

Whether you're a new graduate developing your clinical foundations or an experienced clinician looking to lead, we will support your professional goals. Opportunities exist to develop clinical special interests, lead group programs, mentor junior therapists, contribute to service development and progress into Senior Clinician, Clinical Lead and future leadership positions as our organisation continues to grow.
