A fantastic opportunity is available with a well-established allied health provider, supporting a predominantly paediatric caseload across clinic, school and community settings. This is an ideal opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who values quality over quantity, enjoys working within a supportive multidisciplinary team and wants genuine flexibility around how their week is structured.
Clinic located in Sydney's Inner West.
Why You'll LOVE this Role:
You will support a predominantly paediatric caseload across a variety of settings, including the clinic, schools, homes and other community environments. Working closely with children, families and key stakeholders, you will deliver assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy tailored to each client's individual goals.
The caseload is varied and may include supporting children with early language development, speech sound disorders, social communication challenges and autism. You will also work with NDIS-funded participants, helping them achieve functional communication outcomes through evidence-based therapy, parent coaching and collaboration with educators and other members of the support network.
Support & Development:
This organisation places significant value on clinical quality, collaboration and continuous development.
Speech Pathologists receive regular supervision and mentoring from an experienced senior clinician, including access to a dedicated Clinical Supervisor. Weekly supervision and one-on-one support sessions ensure clinicians feel supported in their day-to-day practice. For early career clinicians, structured support and training are provided to help build confidence and clinical capability.
