Job Description

Company Description Discover your passion for paediatric and adolescent occupational therapy and join an organisation that truly makes a difference. For 18 years, Grace Children’s Therapy has enriched the lives of children with disabilities, learning disorders, and developmental challenges across the Sydney Hills District.

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our services to support adolescents and young adults up to 25 years and building a new occupational therapy stream focusing on wheelchair assessments and equipment prescription.   We’re looking for open-minded, creative, and energetic occupational therapists who love being part of a collaborative team.

Join a culture that values professional excellence, lifelong learning, and the essence of occupational therapy.   Our evidence-based approach emphasises improving quality of life, fostering participation, and promoting learning through play in a nurturing and positive setting.

Focused on the unique needs of each child and family, we adapt our services to empower confidence and provide meaningful experiences. We are committed to making a positive impact on the community and place children and families at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll be part of: A team dedicated to working with children and adolescents with complex needs and a variety of disabilities and learning challenges. An expanding, multidisciplinary OT team passionate about making a difference for children and young people.

A supportive workplace where innovation and professional growth are encouraged. An established and well-structured organisation with 18 years' experience in the disability sector. Supervised practice and opportunities to have co-treats with experienced therapists.

As a Member of our team, you will:

Receive shoulder-to-shoulder clinical mentoring and co-treating opportunities with our Head of Clinical Practice. Enjoy a structured induction and shadowing period to help you transition confidently into your role. Access regular one-to-one supervision, coaching, and professional development.

Gain entry to our full library of PD courses and CEU-accredited learning opportunities. Participate in our learning and development program, including team-based and independent modules. Receive mentoring and report-writing feedback to refine your clinical practice.

Be supported by full administrative assistance—including diary and appointment management. Access a suite of cloud-based therapy tools and resources for case management and communication. Benefit from our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and team recognition initiatives.

Use your provided laptop and digital platforms to streamline your workflow. Enjoy a competitive salary package, with motor vehicle packaging available for eligible applicants.

Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy – New graduates welcome to apply! AHPRA registration (or eligibility prior to commencement).
