We are looking for both Cert III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our team.

Bluebird Benedict House, our warm and welcoming Early Education Service nestled in the heart of Queanbeyan. We are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where every child feels a strong sense of belonging and community.

The stunning heritage listed service offers 7 beautifully designed Studios, we celebrate each child’s unique strengths and interests through a holistic, child-centred curriculum that inspires exploration, discovery, and growth. Our focus on building genuine, meaningful connections with children and families ensures that every child feels respected, valued, and supported on their learning journey.

Our High-Quality Educational Curriculum is designed to be child-led, holistic, and enjoyable. In our creatively designed studios, we trust in a child's innate ability to explore and discover the world around them. Our dedicated Educators take pride in crafting exciting and innovative experiences that naturally captivate children's curiosity.

Current Opportunities:

We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird Benedict House team, with permanent part-time positions available for Lead Educator, Diploma & Certificate III Educators. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
