We’re currently looking for an Order Management Officer who loves accuracy, thrives on process and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. This permanent role is based in our brand new North Ryde office 5 days per week, close to the metro.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
Accurately entering orders into our ERP for a range of products
Processing orders from multiple channels (phone, email, post, ecommerce)
Unpacking and triaging daily mail
Quality checking order details
Coordinating customer call backs for missing information
Liaising with production, logistics and customer care teams
Responding to clinic queries and amending orders accordingly
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a similar order entry or customer service role with high volume processing
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to support the team
Bonus points for:
Experience with Navision or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Medical device, GMP or similar industry background
Studies in business administration or customer service
