About Us

At Kids Therapy Clinics, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive. Based in Casula, NSW, we're a warm, multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to supporting children with developmental, cognitive, and behavioural challenges. Our team is passionate, collaborative, and genuinely cares β€” about the kids we support and about each other.

We offer a wide range of therapies under one roof, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, ABA, and more. We are a proud allied health provider, and we're growing β€” which means we need a wonderful OT to grow with us.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a paediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and making a real difference in their everyday lives. You'll be working with children aged 0–16 across a variety of presentations including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, and fine and gross motor delays.

You'll have the support of a close-knit, experienced team and the satisfaction of seeing real progress in the children and families you work with.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualised therapy plans

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (clinic-based and community/home where applicable)

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, behaviour therapists, and psychologists

  • Write NDIS reports, progress notes, and funding documentation

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers

  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration

  • Experience in paediatrics (new graduates with paediatric placement experience are welcome to apply!)

  • Knowledge of NDIS and experience writing NDIS reports (highly regarded)

  • A genuine passion for working with children and their families

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package (negotiable based on experience)

  • Supportive, friendly team culture β€” we genuinely look out for each other

  • Ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities

  • A well-equipped, purpose-built clinic with a full range of therapy resources

  • Meaningful, varied caseload with room to develop your expertise

  • Career growth opportunities as the clinic continues to expand
