The Opportunity
As a newly created role, the Clinical Care Manager position has been designed to strengthen clinical leadership, manage team development and enhance the quality of care delivered across the service.
Working closely with the Director of Care you will support and guide a dedicated clinical team to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care. You will have additional resourcing from Mission Australia aged care quality and education teams.
What You'll Bring
Professionally, you will bring:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Leadership experience within Residential Aged Care, Mental Health or a related healthcare setting
Strong clinical and compliance knowledge
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing teams
The ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and professionalism
Personally, you are known for:
Building trust and genuine relationships
Leading with empathy, compassion and respect
Remaining calm and solutions-focused when challenges arise
Supporting and developing those around you
Seeing the person behind the diagnosis
