Dental Assistant

Employment Type: Part‑time — 3 days per week

We’re seeking a warm, organised Dental Assistant who genuinely enjoys supporting patients. In this role, you’ll greet patients with confidence and kindness while providing chairside assistance to ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

Clinical (Dental Assisting)

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures

• Assist the dentist chairside using four‑handed dentistry techniques

• Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation standards

• Take and process X‑rays (if qualified)

• Accurately record patient information and treatment notes

• Provide post‑treatment instructions and patient support

• Monitor stock levels and organise clinical supplies

• Experience as a dental assistant (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

• Knowledge of Exact dental software is an advantage

• Understanding of infection control protocols

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
