The role is a full- time position working shifts between 6:45am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday. With possible weekends down the track.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
  • Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
  • Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

✅ Customer service in fast paced environments is very beneficial.
