We are seeking multiple candidates for roles across both our Health and Pharmacy Department and our Beauty Department.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with their health and wellness needs while assisting our pharmacists and dispensary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and product advice

• Assist customers with over-the-counter healthcare products

• Process sales transactions and maintain stock levels

• Support daily pharmacy operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and team members

As a Beauty Advisor, you will help customers discover products that make them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized beauty and skincare consultations

• Inventory management across department

• Recommend cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products

• Achieve sales targets through exceptional customer engagement

• Merchandise and replenish beauty displays

• Stay up to date with beauty trends and new product launches

• Create a positive and inspiring shopping experience

• Previous retail, pharmacy, health, or beauty experience preferred

• Passion for customer service and helping people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading where required
