You will bring a proven track record in leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams – fostering engagement, building capability, and supporting ongoing professional development to deliver measurable results.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong experience in designing and implementing organisation-wide culture change initiatives that enhance health, safety, and wellbeing. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role exercises independent professional judgement on complex, high risk and sensitive matters. It delivers authoritative advice to senior executives and governance committees, and leads specialist teams to deliver systems, frameworks and assurance that balance employee wellbeing with organisational, legal and financial risk.

What we can offer you

  • Financial Benefits - Generous salary packaging options and other fringe benefits

  • Work-life balance - Up to 12 additional days off per year in addition to Annual Leave (for full-time employees)

  • Professional growth - Learning and development opportunities, including in-house training with RTO My Health Learning
